We are looking for a creative, hands-on person who loves turning ideas into ads, videos, landing page concepts and creative variants that drive results, especially in paid social.
Your background might be in product marketing, digital marketing, creative performance, growth marketing, UX/UI design, art direction, content production or something else entirely. What matters most is having a feel for what makes people stop, pay attention, trust and take action – and knowing how to turn a promising idea into a strong message, great creative, a live launch and an even better next version.
As our Creative Performance Lead, you will own the creative process across paid social, messaging, branding, web/CRO and performance. You will come up with new ideas, find the angle, shape the message, create the material yourself and decide what to test next. AI will be part of the toolkit – both for working faster and for making more ambitious creative possible!

Your role – How you will contribute
You will drive growth by owning the creative process from idea to live campaign, especially across paid social, landing pages and branding.
You will come up with ideas, write the message, design and produce the material, launch it and improve it based on what works. Over time, the role can grow into broader responsibility for our creative strategy, testing roadmap and how we scale high-performing creative across markets.
The key is that you can both create things yourself and understand how to persuade, sell and drive action.
Examples of responsibilities:
Creative production for paid social, display and campaigns: Create and test a high volume of ads, video assets, display ads, campaign assets and creative variants using UGC, AI, design tools and video editing tools.
Persuasive messaging: Shape hooks, angles, proof points, scripts, headlines and calls to action that build trust and drive action.
Landing pages and CRO: Create landing page concepts, messaging, visual direction and test ideas that improve conversion.
Learning and iteration: Follow creative performance, identify what drives results and turn learnings into better ads, sharper messages, stronger landing pages and new creative tests.
Who you are
This role suits someone with strong creative ability, commercial judgment and the drive to turn ideas into ads, landing page concepts and campaigns that perform.
It is a good fit for a hands-on creator who likes getting things live, can produce strong material independently and knows how to raise the quality of what gets tested while involving specialists when needed.
We think you will do great here if you are:
Great at creating ads and digital creative: You have a strong instinct for what makes people stop, read, trust and click. You understand hooks, pacing, formats, visual hierarchy, proof points and how to turn ideas into strong creative variants quickly.
A strong, convincing communicator: You know how to shape messages, headlines, scripts and calls to action that make people understand, trust and take action.
Hands-on with design and production tools: You can create and adapt ads, landing page sections and video assets yourself using tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe, CapCut or similar. The key is not that you are a specialist in every tool, but that you can move from idea to finished creative independently and at a high level.
Commercially sharp and performance-oriented: You understand that creative needs to do more than look good. You have experience creating ads, campaigns and/or landing pages that drive measurable results for a commercial business.
Confident with AI, tech and digital tools: You structure your work well and use tools to move faster. You already use AI to create more, explore ideas, produce variants and make your workflow more efficient.
Proactive and curious about what works next: You actively look for new angles, formats and concepts to test. You explore new tools, follow creative trends, benchmark great brands and bring ideas that help us create better-performing work.
