Consultant en Développement Commercial auprès des CSE
Nous recherchons un consultant expérimenté pour optimiser notre approche commerciale auprès des Comités Sociaux et Économiques (CSE). Le candidat idéal nous apportera son expertise afin de :
- Développer des méthodes de vente efficaces spécifiquement adaptées aux CSE.
- Structurer notre offre afin de répondre aux attentes et besoins des CSE.
- Définir et mettre en place des stratégies d’engagement, de négociation et de mise de place de partenariat avec les CSE pour accroître nos ventes.
Missions :
- Analyser nos processus commerciaux actuels et identifier des axes d’amélioration adaptés aux CSE.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente alignées sur les spécificités et exigences des CSE.
- Conseiller sur la structuration et la présentation de notre offre afin de maximiser son attractivité.
- Développer des actions ciblées pour établir et renforcer nos relations avec les CSE.
- Former nos équipes commerciales aux meilleures pratiques pour interagir avec les CSE et conclure des accords.
Profil recherché :
- Expérience avérée en conseil en stratégie commerciale, idéalement auprès des CSE ou d’organisations similaires.
- Excellente connaissance du fonctionnement, des attentes et des processus décisionnels des CSE.
- Solides compétences analytiques pour évaluer et optimiser les stratégies de vente.
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation.
- Autonomie et capacité à fournir des recommandations concrètes et opérationnelles.
Qualifications souhaitées :
- Expérience préalable en collaboration avec des CSE ou en tant que responsable des relations avec ces entités.
- Maîtrise du cadre juridique et réglementaire applicable aux CSE.
- Références démontrant une augmentation significative des ventes grâce à des stratégies ciblées.

Erik has been active in education issues since the age of 14, and has diverse professional experiences, including work as a professional photographer and research at Schibsted. He is a full-stack marketer and was one of London's youngest traders at the age of 19.
