Allakando is one of Sweden’s largest education companies and the fastest growing company for private tutoring, courses and digital educational tools. Our mission is to accelerate people's growth - academically as well as personally - and our learning solution is a blend between classic in-person tutoring and online learning tools.
We are now expanding Allakando to France, under the brand names Ikando and Top Soutien Scolaire. We are already growing fast in France, and we are now expanding our native French-speaking team in Lund.
Our office is situated on the entire second floor of Lund’s station building, which is an ideal location wherever you live in Skåne.
About the role
Your mission is to attract, recruit and onboard the best possible coaches in France. Previous experience within recruitment is meriting, but it’s not a requirement.
We are looking for people who share our high ambition and want to work at a fast pace while also delivering high quality. You get energy from speaking to others and you find it easy to connect with people. You enjoy competition and take pride in achieving success with your team.

Since its foundation in 2007, Fredrik has held almost every role within the organization. He is convinced that everyone can learn anything. Much of his conviction comes from the fact that he has personally taught over 3,000 students. Fredrik has truly put Allakando's methods into practice, especially while studying at the Stockholm School of Economics, all while working 80-hour weeks to develop Allakando!

Petter is responsible for developing the organization's processes, personalized matching, and our family services. He studied Industrial Engineering and Management at Linköping University. Petter started working at Allakando in 2009 and has extensive experience across the entire organization. He has personally helped hundreds of students achieve better study results!

Erik has been in charge of our marketing since 2013. He graduated as top of class in Marketing from Stockholm School of Economics, where he also served as student union president. Erik has been active in education issues since the age of 14, and has diverse professional experiences, including work as a professional photographer and research at Schibsted. He is a full-stack marketer and was one of London's youngest traders at the age of 19.
