The opportunity
This is a 12-month, paid internship for ambitious people from France who have completed their Bac+3 and want more than a typical first job or “year abroad”. You’ll move to Lund, Sweden, and start with an internship class of ~20 driven, friendly people from both France and Sweden — sharing a year full of learning, wins, new friendships, and memories.
You’ll live in Allakando-arranged housing together with your fellow interns. That means you won’t just get a job abroad — you’ll become part of a real social community from day one.

Your role
You’ll work close to the core of Allakando and get a true 360° view of how a fast-growing education company runs. Over the year, you’ll become a specialist within sales — while collaborating across the business and understanding how it all connects.
What you’ll do:
Speak with French families over the phone (who are actively looking for support)
Understand the student’s situation and recommend a tailored tutoring solution
Build trust quickly and communicate value clearly
Close deals and hit weekly targets — in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the team: share learnings, improve scripts, sharpen the playbook
No prior sales experience needed — we’ll teach you:
Consultative sales fundamentals (discovery, value framing, objections, closing)
Daily routines that top performers use to earn more with less stress
Communication that makes families feel confident — while still moving decisions forward

Since its foundation in 2007, Fredrik has held almost every role within the organization. He is convinced that everyone can learn anything. Much of his conviction comes from the fact that he has personally taught over 3,000 students. Fredrik has truly put Allakando's methods into practice, especially while studying at the Stockholm School of Economics, all while working 80-hour weeks to develop Allakando!

Petter started working at Allakando in 2009 and has extensive experience across the entire organization. He has personally helped hundreds of students achieve better study results!

Erik has been in charge of our marketing since 2013. He graduated as top of class in Marketing from Stockholm School of Economics, where he also served as student union president. Erik has been active in education issues since the age of 14, and has diverse professional experiences, including work as a professional photographer and research at Schibsted. He is a full-stack marketer and was one of London's youngest traders at the age of 19.
